I just started using this RevivLash lash and brow stimulating serum. For nearly a year I used castor oil on my brows to help stimulate the hair regrowth.  I did have some minor success, but I am really hoping to take my eyebrows beyond what I was able to do with the castor oil. I am using it solely for my eyebrows, but this serum is formulated to reduce irritation for use on the eyelashes. 
It is a clear gel that you can just brush onto your eyebrows or lashes and it stays exactly where you put it.  I haven't had any issues with it running or dripping. The applicator brush is small enough that you can place the product precisely where you want it.
