Alana Mitchell Quick Comeback Masque I am addicted to skincare so I jumped at the chance to try this Quick Comeback Masque from Alana Mitchell.  As a 40 something mother of 3 small kids, my skin can use all the help it can get! When I received my package from the company I was a little surprised by the product packaging until I started to read the instructions. It has this little fluffy pillow at the bottom of the packaging and a clear liquid on top separated by some plastic.  The idea is to push the clear liquid down into the pillow chamber to "activate" the mask.   That is kind of clever. HSI Glider Ceramic Flat Iron  Anyone that knows me, knows that I have a ridiculous amount of hair. And my hair is thick, long, and very coarse. Straightening my hair with a flat iron usually takes a couple of hours from start to finish. 😬 Granted, I did just cut my hair but it would still be considered long. I honestly did not think that this flat iron from HSI would be any different from others that I have tried. But I was wrong, and this thing is amazing! As most of you know that have been following my blog for awhile, I get quite a bit of review mail sent to me each month.  All of it is sent to me for free for my consideration and/or review.  Most of the items sent to me are either beauty, family or household related.  Those are items that I can use and enjoy testing.  I don't love every product that I receive, but I do enjoy the majority of them because I am selective about what I allow people to send me.  I do not accept items that I don't think I will like or have any use for.  One standout that was sent to me this month is the Reversible Car Seat Protector by Neat Parents.   I really like this seat protector first and foremost because it is reversible.  So whether you have light or dark interior in your vehicle, this will coordinate. I was recently sent this hat rack from Bloodline Sports to test and review.  The first thing I noticed was just how easy it is to install.  There are two metal over and under the door hooks to secure your hat rack.  The rack itself has a D ring on each end that fits easily onto the metal hooks.  The easiest part was the adjustment to make the hat rack fit onto any size door.  It is a simple slip adjustment and tightens quickly and easily. The box I received had two complete hat racks inside, each with eight hooks on them for a total of 16 hooks between the two. I used one of these hat racks on my children's closet to wrangle all of their hats into one location.  The way the hooks are set up, it is very easy for my boys to take their own hats off and put them away.  Even my two year old toddler has no problem with this rack.  And there are no clips to pinch tiny little fingers. I have a bunch of beauty empties this month to share with you and the panning community. I was also sent a few items in PR mail for my consideration. I actually liked everything that was sent to me this month but only included part of them in this post. I also got some supplements for myself as well as my Miniature Pinscher that is 12 years old.
