I have been on a keto low carb lifestyle for over a year now, and I have learned so much about what foods will keep me in ketosis and still satisfy my tastebuds.  I have used countless sugar substitutes and let me tell you, they are not all created equally.  Some are actually higher on the glycemic index than sugar!!!  Others are great for keto, but really don't taste very good.  I was surprised how well Morning Pep xylitol placed on the glycemic index scale, especially since it actually tastes great! Alana Mitchell Quick Comeback Masque I am addicted to skincare so I jumped at the chance to try this Quick Comeback Masque from Alana Mitchell.  As a 40 something mother of 3 small kids, my skin can use all the help it can get! When I received my package from the company I was a little surprised by the product packaging until I started to read the instructions. It has this little fluffy pillow at the bottom of the packaging and a clear liquid on top separated by some plastic.  The idea is to push the clear liquid down into the pillow chamber to "activate" the mask.   That is kind of clever.
